Calibration & preventive maintenance
Our engineers calibrate and service a wide range of medical and laboratory equipment, working to a schedule that suits your testing load. Regular preventive maintenance reduces unplanned downtime and extends the working life of each instrument.
Parts & repair
We inspect, repair and maintain equipment from every brand we supply and many that we do not. Ask our team about brands not listed and we will tell you plainly whether we can support them.
Installation, demonstration & training
Every system we supply is installed and commissioned on site, with a demonstration and operator training for the staff who will use it. Free installation, demonstration and calibration are included with our chemistry and immunoassay analysers.
24/7 engineering support
We employ full-time engineers rather than relying on third-party contractors, so technical questions reach someone who knows the equipment. Support is available 24 hours a day for the laboratories and hospitals we supply.
