How we handle your information.

This notice explains what Simcha Enterprises does with the information you send through this website. It is written to be read, not to be impressive.

What we collect

When you send a quote request or an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, organisation, designation, email address, telephone number, location, and whatever you write in the message. If you build a quote list, the items on it are sent with the request.

We also record the date and time, and technical information sent by your browser, which we use to prevent automated abuse of the forms.

Your quote list

Your quote list is stored in your own browser until you send it or clear it. It is not visible to us and does not leave your device until you press send.

What we do with it

We use your information to prepare and send your quotation, to answer your enquiry, and to follow up on it. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Simcha Enterprises except where we need a manufacturer to quote a part on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and enquiries for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as Philippine tax and commercial record-keeping rules require.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write tosales@simchaenterprises.comand we will respond.
